Ingredients

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Caesar topping
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Prep and assemble
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange the chicken breasts in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake and finish
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
  2. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top if desired.
  3. Garnish with the parsley before serving.
  4. Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For the juiciest results, bake just until 165°F and avoid overbrowning; if the top is getting dark early, loosely tent with foil. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days; freeze for up to 2 months (reheat covered at 325°F until warmed through). For a lighter option, use light Caesar dressing and reduced-fat mozzarella while keeping the same bake time.
